From a Parks an Open Space Perspective I strongly feel each distract should include large parks Goleta is know for, for example this plan: A. This places Ellwood Mesa & Girsh Park in district #1. B. Bishop Ranch in district #2, (will give incentive to make a big chunk of Bishop Ranch into a park in future) C. Lake Los Carneros & Stow Park in district #3. D Old Town is completely in district #4 and includes Jonny Wallace Park & GV Community Center Leave A Comment Cancel replyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
